Primordia collects the minimum data necessary to provide our service. This includes account information (email, hashed password), conversation data, and usage metrics.

Your cognitive workspace data — memories, beliefs, conversation history — is stored encrypted and is never shared with third parties or used for training other models.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to power your personal Primordia experience. The persistent memory system (Mnemonic) stores your context to provide continuity across sessions. The analytics system (Ouranos) generates insights from your usage patterns.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not use your data to train foundation models.

Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your data at any time through the dashboard settings. Account deletion permanently removes all associated data including memories, conversations, and analytics. This action is irreversible.

Security

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Authentication tokens are short-lived. Our infrastructure is monitored 24/7. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing.
