All user data including memories, conversations, and beliefs is encrypted using AES-256 at rest.

All API communications use TLS 1.3. Certificate pinning is enforced for mobile clients.

Sandboxed Execution

Code execution through Hephaestus runs in isolated containers with strong containment boundaries.

Constitutional Ethics Gate

Astraea enforces ethical boundaries at the architecture level — not as a filter, but as a core subsystem.

Epistemic Tracing

Every output includes a full reasoning trace verified by Aletheia, making all decisions auditable.
