Use of Service

Primordia provides a persistent cognitive workspace powered by AI. You may use the service for personal, educational, or commercial purposes subject to your subscription tier.

You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. The Astraea ethics gate enforces content policies at the architecture level.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you create through Primordia. We claim no intellectual property rights over your conversations, memories, or generated outputs. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and protect your data.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Enterprise agreements are governed by separate terms.

Limitation of Liability

Primordia is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI-generated outputs should not be treated as professional advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on the platform's outputs.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
